NOTES : Using an 8 Qt. (A 6 Qt will work) MultiPot. All work is done in the multiPot.

4 Lbs Whole Chicken with gibbets Removed
1 onion, SLiced
3 Whole garlic cloves, minced
1 Teaspoon Fresh Time, Minced
1 TABLESPOON vegetable oil
8 Cups Water
2 celery ribs, cut into bit size pieces
4 carrots, peeled and cut into bite Size Pieces
3 Cups egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

1) Heat the vegetable oil in the multiPot and when it gets hot add the onion and stirring frequently.
2) Add the garlic, thyme and continuing to stir for additional 30 secs.
3) Add the water, carrots, celery, season the chicken to taste with pepper and salt and add to the pot.
4) Cook for 20 mins. on high pressure
5) When cooking cycle completes use quick pressure release
6) Place the whole chicken on a cutting board. When cooled remove skin and bones. Meat should fall off the bones easily. Cut remaining chicken into bit size pieces.
7) In the MultiPot add the egg noodles and cook on simmer mode for 7 mins until the noodles are soft stirring frequently.
8) Add the cut-up chicken again stirring frequently, adding salt and pepper to taste if desired
9) Serve Hot
